Wonderful customer service. I walked in and told Becky the arrangement I saw on the website with a tea cup and she created a beautiful arrangement right then and there. I felt a bit guilty thinking I should of called so she could arrange it without me standing around, but there wasn’t any hesitation on her part and she finished quickly. I am looking forward to using Evalyn’s Floral again!

Fantastic! I did their “deal of the day” for $35 and was able to have a bouquet delivered to my girlfriend the next day. The flowers and the size of the bouquet totally exceeded my expectations considering how expensive other floral shops charge for a similar arrangement. Highly recommend and will definitely go through them again!

After using numerous florist in Anchorage I discovered Evelyn’s florist & what a gem of a find. Everything I’ve purchased from the shop has been wonderful. Customer service absolutely wonderful & so accommodating. My last purchase was to cheer up my daughter. Definitely did the trick!

Once again Evalyn's goes above and beyond for us. Their obvious care and love for their art shines through in this beautiful arrangement we gave as an anniversary gift for family. I have to say thank you so much for such a wonderful job. Their customer service goes well beyond the standards one would hope for as I was able to call and discuss flower options and even ask for customization and gave helpful artistic insights to guarantee the final product would exceed our expectations.

Losing a loved one is never easy, but Evalyn’s Floral made a very difficult time feel a little lighter. From the moment we reached out, they showed not only professionalism but deep compassion. The funeral arrangements they handcrafted were absolutely beautiful, thoughtful, elegant, and full of care. You could tell they put heart into every detail. They even offered to deliver early in the morning to accommodate our service, going above and beyond what we expected. On top of that, they kindly worked with us on pricing, understanding the financial stress that often comes with losing a family member. That gesture alone meant the world to us. We are so grateful for Evalyns Floral. Their flowers spoke when words were hard to find. Thank you for being there during such a tender time.
